not sure if a filter is required for pure oxygen, but I agree with the end, waiting for that yeast to start munching away. yummm.

Are you certain that bernzomatic oxy is actually 100% oxy? it's welding grade sure, but I am always leery of gasses that aren't "Food grade"...I've gotten CO2 from the welding supply that I could swear was adulterated with something...can't prove it but it sure smelled, n tasted off...hope it's not an issue - go Yeasties!
