Too much extract?

What's the biggest impact of using more extract than a recipe calls for using, aside from taste? I made a Belgian white recipe and after getting it going and looking back through my notes found I had used six pounds of extract instead of the four pounds called for in the recipe. Oops
 
Higher abv and more concentrated flavors. However, I hope you didn't underpitch the yeast.

I did something similar when i started brewing with my Mr Beer kits but instead I used less water to concentrate the brew. Came out with more enhanced flavor and higher abv.
