I was checking out a recipe for Blackfoot River Single-Malt IPA in last months Zymurgy. Anyone ever tried this as it looks interesting. It calls for 11.5lbs of Glenn Eagle Maris Otter for a 5 g batch. 6.0 oz Cascade and 1.5 Simcoe hops. A Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale. Main reason i'm curious is I can buy a whole sack of Marris Otter and split it with a buddy!

I just did this and blasted through a whole keg in about a week. I think it's delicious. Very smooth. I'll be doing it again.
