Tell you what- Both cryo hops and kviek, are gamechangers.....Kegged 10 gallons last night (3/5 brew date), 12 gallon batch on my BrewEasy.

- Hornindal fermented at 90 degrees, drops like a rock.
- Grain to glass under 2 weeks (Fastest I've done)
- The crypo leaves so much less trub....My carboy had a thin layer of yeast and cryo....Got every last drop into keg.
