Hey all
First big thanks to P-J, and everyone else here for all the knowledge and advice.
I am building a RIMS control panel and looking for comments on my wiring diagram.
I combined a few of P-J's diagrams to come up with my own.
I'll be working with a 15A GFCI Circuit, and using a 5500W - 240V element running at 120V which would give me 1375 watts.
I am looking just to hold consistent mash temps, not step mashing or anything like that so the 1375 watts should be good for that.
I also wanted a main power switch that would shut off all power to the panel. In addition I'm using the Auber Mini power relays (green-ish boxes in diagram) instead of contactors and the 25A SSR since I'm only dealing with 120V 15A.
So how does this look to you all?
