Came up with this recipe based on feedback from this thread

9 lbs 8.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
2 lbs Munich Malt (9.0 SRM)
1 lbs 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM)
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM)
0.8 oz Chinook [13.0%] - Boil 60 min
0.5 oz Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 60 min
0.5 oz Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 20 min
0.5 oz Citra [12.0%] - Boil 15 min
0.5 oz Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 12 min
0.5 oz Citra [12.0%] - Boil 7 min
0.5 oz Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 5 min
1.0 oz Crystal [3.5%] - Boil 2 min
1 pkgs Dry English Ale (White Labs #WLP007)
1.0 oz Citra [12.0%] - Dry Hop

Thoughts?
 
Just ordered the ingredients to make this one. I changed up my original thoughts on the recipe. I've only got the capacity for a max 10.25 lbs of grain, hence the DME. I'll report back once it's brewed.

Curious to hear how this turns out for you. Did you ever brew your first version?

Nope. It wasn't the season for it.

I've moved since I first thought about doing it, and all things SixPoint are not available in Colorado. Hopefully it turns out somewhat close.
