I got some sweet new hydraulic tools and look what I was able to do.

Along the same concept but what I have has ALOT more power. Like around 15000 psi. Plus the attachments are different, but I'm sure a portapower could work in most cases.
 
I would have just cut all that mess out and make it an upside down bottom drain.

That's what I thought of also. So I said what the hell if it didnt get the dents out the skirt could be cut off and used as an upside down fermenter. But now there is a clean slate to work with. Fermenter? Keggle? Upside Down fermenter? Cajun Pot? You name it.
 
I don't think you can rent what I use. Brand new it costs about $25k and it's not a common tool in construction. But maybe try using a portapower like someone mentioned earlier in the thread.
