Zinc Fortified Yeast

Hi all.

So I am making another batch of Mead and this recipe in my Charlie Papazian book calls for using Zinc Fortified Yeast.

I am having a hard time finding this anywhere and tried to search on forums as well with not a lot of luck.

Any info is appreciated on what this is or if it has some different names where I can get some.

Isn't "yeast nutrient" zinc heavy? I think it just means yeast w. nutrients but you might want to verify....

Yah the only thing though is the recipe also has a separate call out for Yeast Nutrient though, so not sure.
