Young's American IPA all the way

This is my fourth brew with the young's kit, three perfect and one oxidised. 6.5% abv

Now I am thirsty!. hahaa yeah looks good.. Question - how does the oxidization show up? I had one batch that was off for some that I split out into a mini keg. The main batch was fine.. I thought I probably didnt have the proper sanitation. (which puzzled me because I sanitized everything!)... Now I am wondering if the beer got oxidized when transferring to the mini keg.

Oxidized beer can taste like wine, sherry, cardboard or stale.
