So about a month ago I brewed a dead guy clone and used wyeast 1007. I have had it in my basement around 60 F and was going to keg it today. I attached a picture but the stuff on top is greenish brown and is only a thin layer. Is this an infection or just a really slow ferment?

Either way, what are my options?

Since it looks the same color as the left over krausen on the side walls, I think you are fine, just yeast rafts. If you have the ability, throw it in a really cold location, fridge or otherwise, and coldcrash it. That'll usually drop everything out, or worst case, rack from under.
