Okay I brewed a hefe from midwest, an extract kit.
1. After it reaches its final gravity - how long should I let it sit in the primary?
2. Also I assume no secondary because hefes should be cloudy... am I correct?
3. I am kegging this, how long should I let it age in the keg?

Let's take it in order, shall we?

1. At least three days. You won't know when it's reached the end of the ferment until you observe three consecutive gravity readings on your hydrometer. After that, I recommend leaving it for another week.

2. You are correct.

3. Until it's carbonated! :) If you crash-chill it and force-carbonate, you can be drinking it a couple of hours after you keg it. If you naturally condition it, the three-week rule applies.

Prost!
