SO last weekend I was going to brew so the night before i made a culture and put it on a stirplate. However due to unforseen circumstances i was unable to brew and had to transfer my starter to a sanatized growler fit it with an air lock and put it in the fridge till this weekend. I set it out last night so it can warm up by this afternoon.

My question is will this yeast starter be sufficient to pitch this afternoon or have i killed too many of my yeasties from cold storage?

If you decant the spent wort and bring it up to room temperature, you should be ok, depending on how much yeast you have. You shouldn't have killed them- they just go dormant in the fridge.
