So, I love bottling to growler because it's less bottles etc. the problem im having now is towads the last half of the growler the yeast tends to kickup a lot more. Anyone have similar problems with growlers?

Seems I should pour into say a pitcher, one shot and pull back right at the end just like the small bottles. Any other ideas?

Make the jump to kegs. I've only bottled once in a Growler and frankly I don't want to drink that much at one sitting and the point of brewing for me is to have fresh, well carbed beer every time.

However pouring to a pitcher seems like a good idea for your situation.

A pitcher is exactly what I do. I bottle growlers to bring places and I always bring a pitcher with me. I throw it in the fridge for a while right before to chill it with the hope of limiting CO2 loss a little bit.
