I always use dry yeast, always fermentis, but the new brew shop i found only carries and i say this cringing, danstar.. i used the danstar munich for my wheat beer recipe and noticed after day 4 of fermentation stringy looking things attatched to the hops in there... anybody have a clue what this could be? infected beer? i tend to actually OVER steralize if theres such a thing.

I've used danstar products alot with no ill effects. Sometimes fermentation will have the stringy things hanging from the top. Relax, it'll be just fine.
