I made a yeast starter earlier this week for used this weekend but bad weather prevented my from brewing. It's currently still in a refrigerator from the initial cold crashing. I'm planning to brew next weekend, can I keep the yeast starter in the refrigerator until then or is it a loss at this point?

It should be ok. Get some dry yeast as a backup and taste the beer covering the yeast before pitching to test for off flavors due to an infection.
