Yeast starter question?

here is a pic of my starter that I am cold crashing in my refrigerator https://imgur.com/gallery/Vz8KH0m see I did 2L starter in my 5L flask an I had to cold crash that in my refrigerator that I use to ferment my beer’s in but I had to decant some of the spent wort off so I can put the yeast into my 2L flask to fit into my other refrigerator so I can cold crash it an pitch that in the main wort that I will be fermenting that the reason in the picture you see the starter has some foam on the top of it. So basically what I am asking does my starter that is cold crashing look good?
