So I just made my yeast starter (didn't pitch the yeast) and I don't have the time to chill it quickly. I'm going to leave it out to cool overnight on the counter and pitch my yeast in the morning. Any issues with this?

In the time it took to post this, I imagine an ice bath would have worked just fine. If I need it colder fast I split mine up into a bunch of small sanatized cups and put them all in the ice bath. I can have a cold batch in 4-8 minutes depending on the size.
