is it ok to add more yeast to the fermenter 3 days or so after i set it to ferment. its a cezch pils and i think i under pitched............should i make a starter or just pitch another 100 bill. cells smack pack? thanx guys

Why do you think you under pitched? If its already started fermenting, I would say let it ride out till it falls out. Check your FG, and move forward from there. Most likely, you are fine, your yeast just took longer to reproduce, which pushes off the actual fermentation of sugars. You MAY have some off flavors from under pitching, but doing a diacetyl rest will most likely clean up these flavors, along with a long lagering period.
