Hey folks, question on how best to use nutrient and energizer to enhance my second ever batch of mead:

6 Canadian Gallon (6.3 US Gallon or 24 liters) batch
20 lbs honey (clover/canola/wildflower)
6 naval oranges (sliced with skin, forgot to zest)
11 cloves
7 cinnamon sticks
2 pinches nutmeg
2 pinches all spice
5 handfuls golden raisins
fill to 24 liters
1 pouch of Wyest Sweet Mead Yeast

I have both yeast energizer and yeast nutrient, a few recipes call for 2 tsp each of these to be added at some point.

The batch was made last night and yeast added and stirred. It's sitting at 75F temperature right now, had an OG of about 1.21 last night.

QUESTION: when and how would you add the nutrient and energizer? and how much?

Thanks so much in advance for your help! Thought I would see if the HBT forum can provide a complete answer vs other forums.
