Is a wheat beer the only beer that you should swirl the yeast into and drink? And are you supposed to swirl the yeast into every type of wheat beer, regardless of color or regional style?

I've only heard to do it with beers that have German Wheat Yeast, but I dunno, maybe there are other types. Don't think I'd do it with an American Wheat beer though.
