Unfortunately, a special yeast I ordered (Wyeast Greenbelt strain) got a hole in it! Ugh! To try and save it I made a yeast starter. I plan to do a two step propagation because I lost and unkown amount of yeast, but there was enough to do a starter.

I think it will take me until Wednesday or Thursday to do the two steps, but I don't have time to brew until Saturday. After my second propagation step can I seal it and stick it in the fridge until brew day? Or should I do a third round of propagation to keep it going until brew day?

Thanks. I thought that would be the case, but I wanted to be sure. I don't want to screw this up!
