This weekend I got around to my yearly spring brewery maintenance, and figured I would share what I do each year for the benefit of everyone else, and if you have something you do yearly to keep your brewery running tip top please share.

So here is my checklist

Clean all ball valves with brush
Acid Soak Chiller (Immersion)
Clean Pump Head (take apart), oil motor as needed
PBW / Starstan Mock Brew
Check Electrical Elements for Leaks (used to clean and check propane system before going all electric)
Check weldless fittings for leaks
Replace Cold Side tubing
Check Buckets and lids, retire any showing wear
Calibrate thermometers
Calibrate Refractometer and Hydrometers (not just zeroing, but check at 2 points)
Calibrate scales
Clean grain mill, check bearings, oil if needed.
Check inventory of Chemicals
Check grain inventory (taste each, toss any that taste stale)
Leak test Keg CO2 System

Looks like a good checklist. I would recommend adding a task of checking/torquing all electrical connections. Electrical connections can and do loosen over time, due to the heat generated by current flow.
