Wyeast Activator Pack

I just smacked the activator pack but forgot we had plans and I wont be able to brew until tomorrow morning. If I come home tonight make the starter and keep that at room temp until tomorrow morning will the yeast still be okay for brewing?

Yes. In fact it will be better.
