Brewer's Best Maibock, Primary for 2 weeks then lagered for 2 months. This picture was taken as I was racking to the keg. I saw it and freaked out. I'm drinking it. It tastes good flat even, but what is this stuff? It almost looked gel-like.

Whirlfloc will produce something that looks like that. It should have settled to the bottom by now though. So probably yeast.

Oh. I figured after 10 weeks (8 being lagering) all of the yeast would have settled out. Is that normal in a lager? To have the yeast floating around that like after so long? I didn't use Whirlfloc or anything else like it.
