Moving to a new home & looking to invest in an electric brewing system for indoor brewing. I'm not looking for a large system--I like to do 5 gallon & 3 gallon batches, and a lot of the turnkey systems I've found can't handle smaller batches because of heating elements being exposed. I am interested in finding a RIMS or HERMS systems. I looked at the Grainfather, but it seems like taking a step backwards after brewing all-grain for 8 years already & has some mash size limitations. Cheers!
