WOW! Second batch going to plan.

Compared to my 1st batch of brew, I hit my O.G. this time around, only been 16 hrs and airlock already showing activity, and I have the temp at around 65-68 F as opposed to 72-75 F.

Hope it shows in the final product.

Also, it didn't hurt to have an assistant brewer this time around. I don't think I want to brew again without him.

I just put my first batch in primary a week ago. My son and two of his buddies helped. My wife suggested we make labels that say "Four Dorks Brewing"

I kind of like it.
