Wort from Eagle Rock Brewery

For those of you in the LA area, Eagle Rock Brewery is doing a wort hand out deal...


$25 for 6 gallons ... 97% pilsner 3% saurmalz... brew day is 9/30, tasting is 11/11... Coupons for free yeast at Eagle Rock Homebrew Supply (I haven't been back there in a while due to high prices and iffy customer service, but their inventory always seemed top-notch)

I'm tempted.... I can't lager though. Any ideas for adding some steeping grains or 2ndary on fruit for something interesting?

Hm, I might make the trip. I was gonna brew for a sour anyways. This might work out for me. Do you know if it's byo bucket?
