Should I be worried about this white stuff on top of my cherry ale? I used a recipe from the book "Extreme Brewing". Sour cherry ale that I added supplication dregs to during the secondary. I have been tasting it every weekend and its just now starting to get a little sour, but these white, flaky things have shown up. The carboy I have this in had a failed brett sour in it before, although I did sanitize it before racking the secondary. What do you guys think?

I used frozen cherries so I didn't think I needed to sanitize them. Is this where I made a mistake?
