Woohoo! Just Bottled my first Batch. :fro:

I ended up with (48) 12oz bottles & a half glass to test. The taste was good but a touch sweet, I'm sure it was caused by the priming sugar. Its similar to a Hobgoblin and should conditions nicely in the bottles.

I would have had a little more to bottle but I left a bit in the primary when I racked to the secondary. It was my first time racking and I didn't want to pick up any of the sludge. I did the same thing with the secondary into the bottling bucket. I thing next time I'll be more efficient.

Either way... I'm so happy, I can almost sit back with a few selected friends & enjoy my labor.
