I decided to do a deep cleaning of a few ball valves and other various small parts after my weekend brew session and found I also inadvertently left my wooden mash paddle soaking in a bucket of PBW. Any chance of the PBW leaching out into my next batch when stirring my mash? Though about just soaking it in some clean water in an attempt to leach it out that way.

Maybe its time for a new custom mash paddle!:rockin:

I've read that people clean oak barrels with PBW. I'm guessing they don't do long soaks with it. I'd bet if you let the paddle dry out completely it will be fine.
