Bought a wooden 3 gallon keg to use for Oktoberfest. I brewed it and it is fermenting now. My plan is to carbonate it in the keg for the first weekend of October. Has anyone done this? Thoughts, experiences, advice please. I Do not want to reinvent the wheel....
