Already have a ok AG setup igloo cooler and 10gal boil pot . I guess a chiller and pump would be nice or a sculpture. Let the dreams run wild brew vicariously through me.

I would get a horizontal brew system with a pump. Although I'm not sure $1000 would cover it.
A chiller is definitely a great idea. Also some type of fermentation temperature control ( chest freezer with temperature controller ) and an oxygenation setup.

Drop $100-$200 on some earrings or something nice for her. Reap the benefits.

After that, a plate chiller and pump sound like nice additions. Got a kegging setup?

Good advice. Nothing is better than a winner that shares.

A room full of fridges. Kegerator, ale fermentation fridge, lagering fridge, bottle conditioning fridge, and a backup fridge.

Got a keezer with three taps and temp control I'm really thing about a horizontal brewing set up and I could prolly get some other things under the table from her

Seriously...when you win a bet from your wife for cash...did you really win anything?

That's like a casino betting against itself.

Just saying....

i'd get a single-tier setup (maybe just a 2-burner turkey fryer - about 125-150), 2 chugger pumps, and a ruby earring and ruby necklace setup for her. you both win (esp you :D )

Yeah she's already got the diamond earring and necklace that matches her rings I'm think a braclet and I like the single tier idea

Who could lose 30 lbs first down to 210 from 241 and it wasn't a crash diet we just reevaluated the things we ate and drank "sigh " had to cut back on the beers a bit

Awesome! Changing habits sucks but its all good in the long run. Congrats and keep it up :)

Ok now you definitely need to spend the money on her. You really wana rub in the fact to her that she didn't lose as much weight as you?

x2

$500 for something nice for her. Maybe some earrings, a massage, and a dinner out. $500 for something for you.

I'm curious as to what she's going to give you under the table? Was that part of the bet?

Maybe she'd like a Pearl Necklace?

Win

and

Win

Wonder if she knows she took a losing bet.. Men statistically lose weight faster than women. Unless you have 0 willpower.

I echo the other advice. Buy her something nice. Compliment her on a job well done(even though she didn't win) and then treat yourself on a job well done. Then continue on the good eating habits w/ no money involved.

Do you mean you won your 1000$ back from your wife right?

Nah just kidding, but like others said, you should probably spend a little bit on her as well.
