I just tried my best batch yet (only my third so far) and it tastes better than some IPAs I have had at local micro breweries!!! The recipe I used was from Charlie Papazian's book (Palilalia IPA) and it is fantastic. I had it in the primary for one week, secondary for two, and in the bottle for two now. I know it will get better with age, but its totally great now!

I have a Northern Brewer Imperial IPA kit in the primary now (its been bubbling for over a week now) so once the primary is empty I am going to do the Palilalia again.

Great! I know what you mean about wanting to brew a great batch again and again - I feel the same way about the hef that we made a few batches ago. But don't forget to vary things a bit, too! Good luck!!!
