Hi,
I brewed a biere de garde this past weekend and pitched a 2L starter of wlp838. I'm using a water bath and was hoping to keep the water temp in the low 50s. Turns out its been in the high 50s to low 60s because of the weather going up to 75 two days before Christmas. Will this give this yeast any problems? It's a biere de garde so I'm okay with a bit of fruitiness I just don't want it overboard and am more concerned with the yeast actually being able to ferment at that temp.
Thanks!
