I'm brewing a cream ale on Thursday and want to try WLP080 Cream Ale Blend. However, I'm trying to have this ready for a homebrew exchange so I'm somewhat pressed for time. If I use gelatin to expedite the clarification process, how quickly can I turn a beer around with this yeast? I normally use US-05 and can have it ready fairly quickly so worst case, I can do that and try WLP080 next time. Thanks in advance for your input!
