I have practically unlimited amounts of maris otter, cascade, and amarillo. I have nothing else to brew with until some specialty grains arrive in a week or so. I think i want to brew tomorrow, was thinking about toasting some maris otter for a little color and roast flavor. anyone done that with this malt or have recipe suggestions?
 
this seems like the best source for info on toasting malt, thanks for the link Blender, definitely going to toast and see how it comes out
