I picked up two bottles of this at Cost Plus. ( their beverage manager didn't even know it was a belgian.. I had to tell her... lol. )

It is a Bottle Conditioned Belgian Tripel.
It tastes ok. very carbonated. It tastes a little hot at first, but after a minute or two... it really doesn't matter.

Tastes of green apple and Saaz. Not too bad.

confusing name because that's also the name for traditional spiced cider.

There's also an English ale by the same name that I can't seem to find anymore (and can't remember the name of the brewery that did it). My wife used to love it.
