I asked some cider makers what they thought, since that is what I would be using it for. They said that it works great on grapes, horrible on apples.

I have heard this site shows a product and gives a description then what you receive is somewhat different from the original. I am not 100% certain of this, but I have heard others complain of it. That is almost the exact press I have and the price listed is a great price. Worth noting that it is considerably less than what it is worth.

Well, It arrived today. It's the real thing. Well worth to 95 dollars. I'll post pictures as soon as I unpack it.

the price is even lower now and many people on the sister forum to this which i runhave bought them and also agree they are of good quality. You will need some food grade lubricant if storing in a damp place as the screw on these is steel as is almost every press so keep them nice and you wont have any rust problems.
