I was supposed to add nutrient in this wine kit between 1.050 and 1.040, it is currently at 1.020(It's a chardonnay). The yeast is EC-1118 so I feel it most likely does not need the nutrient. No rhino fart smell coming from must either so I assume the yeast is happy. So do I add the nutrient, or add less than the full package, or skip altogether? Thanks in advance!
