Where are you located?
I personally like the brewcraft 8 gallon plastic fermenters, you'd be better purchasing from a LHBS to avoid shipping fees, if you are going to be crushing and destemming and then pressing grapes, try to locate a distributor, I purchase all of my equipment from M&M in Hartford CT, oak barrels either through M&M or Vadai Barrels, but again, it really depends on where you are located.

I don't know where in TN that you are located, but I did a Google search for"home brew stores in Tennessee" and found 6 or 7 LHBS, I hope that this helps.
