Can I attach a ball lock "out" disconnect to the end of my auto siphon tube so I can siphon straight to the bottom of my keg instead of messing around with putting my always-coiled-up-un-straightenable tubing down inside the keg?

Or will the poppet restriction prevent the siphon from happening?

Hope that made sense :D

The poppet will slow it way down.

get some silicon tubing.

Just get a racking cane on the other end of your tubing, I have a long L shaped one that reaches the bottom of the keg

Tried this with a ginger beer, and it works up until any trub or gunk tries to pass through the disconnect. After that it's nothing but frustration.

Like mentioned above, just go with some 1/2" silicon tube for an easy, fast transfer.
