I don't know much about recipes as most of my brews are straight out of the clone brew book, but I would just like to add that it is nice to see another Lions fan on the boards (I am assuming that is the Detroit Lions).

Looks ok. Centennial is considered a bittering hop, but it has a nice nose.

yeah,long time internet guy and used this from the get go. no matter where i go,sports ,games. or hobby forums i get spotted as a fan. its me, thats who i am, and my address is 2539. im a longtime,die-hard lions fan,enduring a 6 yr football coma, with lotsa time for new hobbies during playoff time.
