Hi Keggers

I would like to upgrade my taps to Perlicks 650SS, but am not sure whether my current shank assembly will fit.

Pics below

Thanks in advance

Perlicks fit standard US shank sizes, which I believe are 7/8"-14 (5/8" BSP) threads.

Well, sure, because all shanks and faucets sold in the USA share the same threading.

fwiw, when the 425 Perl was being sold there apparently was an issue with some shanks, and that may have affected early model Vent Matic faucets as well for the same reason: not the threads, but the depth and diameter of the cavity on some shanks was insufficient to fully accept the sliding "slug" when the faucet was fully opened.

I have not read of a similar issue with either the 500 or 600 series flow control Perls...

Cheers!
