Will this regulator work for a homebrew dispensing system (corny kegs and CO2 tank)?

This high pressure regulator allows for an adjusted pressure from 10 to 130 PSI

Look for one with a lower pressure reg on it.

That regulator is designed to be used with secondary regulators. Since most beers need 8-12 PSI, it would be extremely difficult to adjust it to the correct pressure.
