Will this fridge work for a kegerator?

I don't know what size corny kegs are, as I do not keg homebrew yet. But does anyone have any experience with this fridge, or know if it can be made to at least fit 2 cornies and a CO2 tank? I can get it for around $50 or so, so I'd like to score it if I can. Hell, I may even just get it for a lagering fridge if that works. Thanks!

Meaning there will be coolant lines running through the top? Would this be a good value for a lagering fridge, or to store homebrews that wont fit in the main fridge?

For $50, I'd pick it up. You can also try bending the cooling element lines a little to relocate the evaporator along the back wall of the kegerator like in the pic below.
