... if I wait for a few days before bottling after taking them out?

I did a poor job of planning out this brew. I've been dry hopping my Cascadian Dark Ale for 7 days. I wanted to get the hops out of there now, but I'm traveling for work until Thursday night, so I don't have time to bottle it right now.

Am I going to lose some of the yummy goodness over the next couple of days before I have time to bottle on Friday?

EDIT: BTW, it smells SO GOOD. I am so excited to get this in the bottle and start enjoying it.

Nope, no loss in aroma.

The worst that can happen is that you'll develop a little bit of a grassy flavor, depending on the hops you used.

It isn't unheard of to dry hop by adding hops directly to the bottles. About the only way to get rid of the hop aroma is to bubble some gas though your beer (which is why you don't dry hop till the primary is finished.)
