Anyone ever seen these before? More specifically, anyone ever sized them for a new o-ring?

Ah - I see.

I'm pretty sure what you have is the moral and functional equivalent of a metal slug stuck in a fuse socket: it won't work as what it replaced.

You could get actual replacement PRV valves for those kegs...

I have one of those on the way. Here's hoping!

Got three kegs (one without lid) for $60 off CL, so I'm not opposed to a little more investment.
 
Just to put a bow on this thread for any searching with similar lids: the replacement PRV did not fit. It did not screw down far enough. But poppet o-rings did fit the slotted posts pictured above, and now both work nicely as a hand tight, screw style PRV.
