I actually did mine earlier in the week and have them sitting in the fridge ready to be taken out when I start heating my strike water so its good to go after I chill my wort. White labs California Ale. I am doing 10 gallons so I made 2 1.8L starters. I am making a Honey Porter using buckwheat honey.

WLP005 British Ale Yeast
200 mL

It's from a slant so it'll take me a couple of days till I'm ready to brew. When it's ready I'll be brewing an oatmeal stout.

2 quarts of good ol' fashioned White Labs California Ale yeast for a friend's American Brown. Having a dual brewday - a brown for my newbie brewer buddy and an Imperial Red with another friend. My house is gonna be jam-packed with brewing goodness tomorrow!
