I only just started my adventure brewing mead about a month ago, but I intend to start a chocolate cherry mead and a gingerbread mead first week of January to finish and age for the holidays next year. I currently have a traditional mead that will be young but ready to enjoy for the new year's eve and a coffee mead and a cherry cinnimon mead brewing in the pantry, and I am LOVIN' it!
