Hey brewers, we recently brewed a Belgian wit. It turned out great, but the half oz Orange bitters and half oz sweet peel didn't add much orange flavor.

We recently made another batch, but this time to increase the flavor, I chopped up a whole orange and threw the peel and meat in for the last 10min of the hour boil. Citric acid, though boiled, isn't going to hurt my beer, is it?

How did this one turn out? I want to do an IPA with some orange flavor. I am not looking to use the zest and was just going to add the chopped orange as you did so I am curious how much you used and how it tunred out.
